- What you’ll do:
- Analyze business questions using a scientific approach, including hypothesis formulation, validation, and data-driven conclusions.
- Apply analytical methods to test assumptions and support business decision-making with evidence.
- Actively participate in discussions about data products, supporting strategic decisions and ensuring analytical relevance for the business.
- Support the definition of analytical architectures and technology choices for scalable and efficient data solutions.
- Automate and continuously test analytical processes, including data transformations, reporting, and data source integrations.
- Validate and refine dashboards, reports, and automations based on user feedback.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of analytical structures and data product quality.
- Share technical knowledge on BI, SQL, and analytics, enabling users and promoting best practices.
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes that ensure proper data transformation and modeling.
- Model data across Trusted and Gold layers aligned with Data Lake and governance principles.
- Produce detailed technical and functional documentation.
- Build business reports with accurate metrics and actionable insights.
- Guarantee data reliability and integrity by following established governance and quality guidelines.
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities in analytical processes.
- Support data extraction, transformation, and delivery to ensure accessibility and usability across teams.
- Monitor and ensure data quality through metrics, audits, and validation processes.
What you’ll bring:
You are a senior analytics professional with strong business understanding, technical depth, autonomy, and the ability to translate data into strategic value. You communicate with clarity, inspire trust, and navigate multifaceted challenges with ease.
- We require a candidate who has achieved or is capable of the following:
- 5+ years of experience in Data & Analytics.
- SQL: Full proficiency; ability to optimize complex queries and diagnose performance bottlenecks.
- AWS: Knowledge of cloud services and Data & Analytics best practices.
- GitHub: Advanced understanding of repository architecture and version control frameworks.
- Statistics & Mathematics: Advanced statistical knowledge; ability to apply predictive models, ML, and complex modeling.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python or R; ability to write optimized and reusable scripts for large-scale automation.
- Databricks: experience developing, optimizing and orchestrating workflows/notebooks in distributed environments.
- Analytics Expertise: Strong understanding of key business metrics (CAC, LTV, Cohort, Churn).
- Data Architecture: Deep knowledge of data modeling and architecture.
- Documentation: Ability to create detailed technical and strategic documentation.
- Communication: strong ability to tailor language to different audiences.
- Project Management: ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Collaboration: ability to foster a cooperative and productive team environment.
