About the Company
We are an American company based in South Florida, operating in the home appliance warranty and repair service industry. We work with major warranty providers across the United States, managing a high volume of daily service calls, field technicians, and back-office operations. Our systems and infrastructure are central to everything we do, from dispatching and scheduling to claims processing and payments. Our IT environment includes AWS-hosted resources, Windows and Linux servers, Microsoft SQL Server databases, and VoIP Phone System, all supporting a distributed team across multiple locations. We are a lean, hands-on organization where technology decisions move quickly and the person in this role will have real ownership over the environment they manage.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Network Administrator
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networking, or a related field
- Solid experience in network and server administration, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- Windows Server administration
- Linux Server administration
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Knowledge of PBX/VoIP telephony systems
- Knowledge of security, backups, monitoring, and IT infrastructure best practices
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and resolve technical issues remotely
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent English, particularly for professional communication with our team in the United States
- Programming and/or scripting knowledge
- Experience with task and infrastructure process automation
- Professional certifications in AWS, Microsoft, Linux, or networking
Compensation
- Starting salary from USD 1,000 to USD 1,500 per month, depending on experience and skill set
- Probationary period of up to 90 days
