- Responsibilities & Assignments
- Contracts & Negotiations: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating national and international contracts and addendums, as well as standardizing corporate legal templates and documents.
- Internal Consulting: Drafting legal opinions, notifications, and memos in the areas of Business Law, Contract Law, Labor Law, Corporate Law, and Compliance.
- Compliance & Ethics: Support the management of the Ethics Hotline, conduct internal investigations, provide compliance training, and participate in initiatives related to the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
- Management and Control: Monitoring legal deadlines, contractual obligations, departmental payments, and budget control.
- Regulatory Support & Partners: Assisting in obtaining/renewing licenses, managing the work of third-party firms, and monitoring administrative/regulatory processes.
- Indicators & Projects: Prepare management reports and KPIs for the sector and actively participate in strategic and continuous improvement projects.
- Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) .
- Prior experience in a corporate legal department.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating national and international commercial contracts.
- Advanced English .
- Practical knowledge in Business, Contractual and Labor Law.
