AI Creative Designer

The AI Creative Designer is responsible for creating high-quality images and videos using generative AI tools and models. This role combines creative direction, visual storytelling, prompt engineering, ComfyUI workflow development, and video editing to transform creative concepts into engaging digital content. The position requires strong visual judgment, technical adaptability, and the ability to maintain consistency across characters, styles, and visual identities.

What you will do:

• Create images and videos using generative AI tools and models.
• Build, adapt, optimize, and maintain AI workflows in ComfyUI.
• Develop and refine prompts to achieve specific visual and creative outcomes.
• Maintain consistency across characters, styles, compositions, and visual identities.
• Edit, animate, and finalize video content for social media and digital platforms.
• Research and test new AI tools, models, workflows, and creative techniques.
• Transform creative briefs and concepts into visual content in collaboration with the creative team.
• Iterate and optimize creative outputs based on feedback, performance, and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven practical experience creating images and videos with Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with ComfyUI and generative AI workflows.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and prompting techniques.
• Professional experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Strong visual composition, aesthetics, and attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize AI workflows and generated outputs.
• Creative thinking and strong visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to quickly learn, test, and adopt emerging AI technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, experimentation, adaptability, and ownership.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Personal computer (Windows or macOS) with a minimum of 8GB RAM.

Work model: 100% Remote (Home Office)

Schedule: Monday through Friday (5x2) — 8 working hours per day, plus breaks.

Compensation: To be defined.

Benefits: Access to Wellhub and Moodar, plus 20 days of paid PTO after the probation period. PTO is accrued based on each month worked and can be requested whenever you need it most. You do not need to complete one full year with the company to take your paid vacation.
