Staff/GPM – AI Products & Platforms

Overview of the role:
We are looking for an exceptional Staff / Group Product Manager – AI Products & Platforms to lead Flutter Brazil's AI Product Organization.

This role combines strategic and tactical product leadership, organizational influence and people management to define and execute the vision for our AI ecosystem. You will lead Product Managers across multiple AI initiatives while partnering closely with Engineering, AI Engineering, Data Science, Design and business leaders to transform emerging AI capabilities into scalable products that create measurable customer and business value.

Operating at the intersection of Product, AI, Data and Technology, you will shape the strategy, execution and adoption of AI products, platforms and customer experiences while establishing best practices for AI Product Management across the organization.

What you’ll do:

• Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
• Define and execute the long-term strategy for Flutter Brazil's AI product portfolio.
• Build and prioritize multi-quarter roadmaps aligned with business objectives, customer needs and emerging AI opportunities.
• Drive investment decisions based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility and responsible AI principles.
• Translate company strategy into scalable AI initiatives with measurable outcomes.

• Product & People Leadership
• Lead, coach and develop Product Managers across multiple AI products and domains.
• Establish high standards for product discovery, prioritization, experimentation and execution.
• Mentor PMs in product strategy, executive communication, stakeholder management and AI Product Management.
• Foster a high-performing product culture centered on ownership, collaboration, continuous learning and customer obsession.

• AI Products & Platforms
• Work on the strategy and evolution of Flutter Brazil's AI ecosystem, including AI Platforms, AI Hub, AI Agents, Knowledge Systems, reusable AI services and internal productivity solutions.
• Drive the strategy and development of AI-powered customer-facing products, including personalization, conversational AI, intelligent recommendations, betting copilots, responsible gaming experiences, dynamic promotions, customer support automation and predictive engagement capabilities.
• Lead the complete AI Product Lifecycle, from opportunity discovery and rapid prototyping through deployment, monitoring and continuous optimization.
• Define standards for AI-native product development, including prompt engineering, agent workflows, orchestration, human-in-the-loop experiences and model selection.
• Build scalable Agentic AI solutions leveraging multi-agent architectures, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), tool calling, workflow automation and model orchestration.
• Establish AI Evaluation (Evals) frameworks to continuously measure quality, accuracy, reliability, latency, cost, safety and business impact.
• Implement AI observability practices, monitoring model performance, hallucinations, prompt effectiveness, user feedback, production reliability and inference costs.
• Promote reusable AI capabilities through shared SDKs, prompt libraries, evaluation pipelines and platform components that accelerate AI development across teams.
• Drive responsible AI by establishing governance frameworks covering security, privacy, compliance, explainability, trusted enterprise data and ethical AI practices.

• Customer, Data & Experimentation
• Champion customer-centric product development through research, behavioral insights and experimentation.
• Define and monitor Product, Customer Experience and Business KPIs across the AI portfolio.
• Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, continuous learning and evidence-based decision making through A/B testing, offline evaluations and iterative product improvements.

• Cross-functional Leadership
• Partner closely with Engineering, AI Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Design, Operations, Commercial, Marketing, CRM, Risk and Compliance.
• Build alignment across teams while managing strategic dependencies, organizational priorities and executive communication.
• Represent AI Product strategy in forums and influence strategic decisions across Flutter Brazil areas.
• Promote AI literacy, knowledge sharing and Communities of Practice to accelerate AI adoption across Tech, Product and Design organizations.

• What you’ll bring:
• Significant experience building and scaling digital products in complex, high-growth environments.
• Experience leading Product Managers and influencing cross-functional organizations.
• Proven experience building AI-native products, AI platforms or customer-facing AI solutions at scale.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, RAG, MCP, tool calling, model orchestration and modern AI architectures.
• Experience defining AI Product Lifecycle practices, evaluation (Evals) frameworks, experimentation strategies and AI success metrics.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI observability, model iteration, deployment and production monitoring.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, model limitations and enterprise AI best practices.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills and executive communication, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into measurable business outcomes.
• High autonomy, strong product judgment and the ability to lead through ambiguity while balancing innovation, execution and long-term platform scalability.
