Sports Content and Operations Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sports Content and Operations Analyst to join our Sports & Loyalty team and support the day-to-day execution of our Sportsbook commercial content strategy. In this role, you will help ensure that promotional campaigns, onsite merchandising, competition ordering and sportsbook content are delivered accurately, consistently and on time across customer touchpoints. You will work closely with Commercial, CRM, Marketing, Trading and Product teams, while monitoring the Brazilian sports betting market to identify opportunities that can strengthen our sportsbook offering and improve the customer experience. 

• Support the end-to-end execution of Sportsbook commercial campaigns, including banners, promotional placements and onsite merchandising.
• Manage the configuration, maintenance and ordering of markets and competitions for key sporting events.
• Partner with CRM, Marketing, Trading and Product teams to ensure campaigns and commercial initiatives are accurately executed and aligned across customer touchpoints.
• Execute sportsbook content updates, including images, promotional assets and merchandising placements.
• Perform regular quality assurance checks to identify and resolve content inconsistencies before they impact customers.
• Monitor the sports betting market, competitors and industry practices to identify relevant commercial opportunities.
• Prepare recurring reports and share insights with Commercial and Product stakeholders.
• Support the planning and execution of major sporting events, ensuring commercial content and promotions are delivered accurately and according to schedule.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve sportsbook content, operational processes and the overall customer experience.

• Approximately 2 years of professional experience in Commercial, Marketing, CRM, Product Operations or a similar area within the iGaming industry.
• Good understanding of the Brazilian online sports betting market, sports calendar and customer behaviour.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Ability to research the market, analyse competitors and identify commercial opportunities.
• Experience using reporting and analytical tools to monitor performance and support decision-making.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with teams such as Commercial, CRM, Marketing, Trading and Product.
• English proficiency at approximately C1 level.

• Maintaining a strong level of quality and consistency across sportsbook content, even during high-volume periods and major sporting events.
• Showing flexibility to support a sports operation whose calendar may include relevant events during weeknights and weekends.
