The Opportunity
Join our talent network and connect with U. S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as a Senior Software Engineer (.NET + Vue).
- You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Deep expertise in C# and .NET with extensive experience building production software.
- Proven experience developing modern web applications with Vue, with strong React or Angular experience also considered.
- Strong experience designing, deploying, and operating production systems on Microsoft Azure with a focus on scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.
- Solid background working with SQL Server, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience using Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools as a core part of the software engineering workflow.
- Proven experience using AI tools for activities such as prototyping, code generation, testing, debugging, refactoring, and technical documentation.
- Strong experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code.
- Experience participating actively in code reviews and maintaining high engineering quality standards.
- Strong collaboration skills and a product-minded approach, with experience partnering directly with Product, Design, and Customer Success.
- Experience mentoring engineers and participating in pair programming or collaborative development.
- Familiarity with CRM or other data-intensive platforms is a plus.
- Experience with Datadog, Playwright, or similar observability and testing tools is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD and frequent production deployments is a plus.
- Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
