Responsabilidades

Job Description

• Prestar apoio psicológico e serviços de orientação aos alunos.
• Promover a saúde mental e o bem-estar dos estudantes.
• Desenvolver e implementar programas e atividades de aconselhamento/orientação.
• Monitorar e reportar resultados, indicadores e métricas relacionados ao atendimento psicológico.
• Colaborar com os departamentos acadêmicos e administrativos para apoiar a saúde mental dos alunos.

Competências

• Sólidas habilidades de aconselhamento psicológico e avaliação comportamental.
• Excelentes competências de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
• Conhecimento das melhores práticas e ferramentas de aconselhamento psicológico.

Requisitos

• Graduação em Psicologia, Aconselhamento Psicológico ou área correlata.
• Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em orientação ou aconselhamento escolar.
• Registro profissional e/ou certificação na área de aconselhamento será considerado um diferencial.
