As part of our ongoing growth in Brazil, we are looking for a Logistics Manager to join our team in São Paulo/SP. who will be responsible for managing and supporting warehousing and logistics operations, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement of supply chain processes. a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. Principais Responsabilidades
Gerenciar e acompanhar as operações do armazém. Coordenar atividades de recebimento, armazenagem e expedição de materiais. Monitorar indicadores logísticos (KPIs) e propor melhorias nos processos. Realizar análises de dados para apoiar decisões estratégicas. Controlar custos operacionais e identificar oportunidades de redução de despesas. Gerenciar fornecedores e prestadores de serviços logísticos. Garantir a organização do estoque e a acuracidade dos inventários. Trabalhar em conjunto com outras áreas para assegurar o fluxo eficiente da cadeia de suprimentos. Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua e otimização das operações. Requisites and Qualifications
Requisitos Obrigatórios
Ensino Superior completo. Inglês intermediário. Mínimo de 3 to 5 anos de experiência em operações de armazenagem ou logística. Experiência utilizando o sistema TOTVS. Conhecimento em gestão de estoque e armazenagem. Experiência com análise de indicadores (KPIs). Perfil analítico e orientado para melhoria contínua. Competências Desejadas
