Who You Are

- Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing informatics principles
- Strong analytical skills — able to evaluate outputs critically and provide clear, structured feedback
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- No prior AI experience required — your clinical knowledge is what matters

Nice to Have

- Experience in clinical informatics, health IT, or nursing education
- Background in data annotation, quality review, or clinical auditing
- Familiarity with interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) or care quality frameworks
- Experience in a specialty care setting (ICU, ED, perioperative, etc.)
