As a Business Analytics Specialist, you will analyze data across business areas to support performance monitoring and decision-making. Working with growing independence, you will build reports and models and deliver insights that guide operational and strategic choices. RESPONSIBILITIES 

Build analyses, dashboards, and reports on business performance. 
Partner with teams to define metrics and requirements. 
Surface insights and recommendations from data. 
Monitor key metrics and flag trends. 
Support analytics standards and data quality. 

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field. 
Prior experience in analytics or data analysis. 
Proficiency with SQL and BI tools.
Strong analytical and communication skills. 
Experience with investments or insurance products is a plus
