This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Automação Júnior based in Brazil.

As a Junior Automation Analyst, you will help streamline business operations by identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve process efficiency. You will contribute to the design, development, testing, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that support business teams and enhance productivity. Working collaboratively with technical specialists and business stakeholders, you will gain hands-on experience with automation tools while developing your problem-solving and analytical skills. You will also help document automated workflows, monitor robotic processes, and ensure that solutions operate reliably. Accountabilities:

Identify, analyze, and map business processes to determine opportunities for automation and operational improvement.
Assist in designing, developing, testing, and implementing RPA solutions in collaboration with business teams and technical colleagues.
Work with automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation
Edge, Blue Prism, or similar tools to develop and maintain automated workflows.
Gather requirements from relevant stakeholders, understand their operational challenges, and translate business needs into practical automation solutions.
Document automated processes, technical configurations, workflows, and implementation procedures clearly and accurately.
Monitor automated robots and workflows to ensure reliable execution, consistent performance, and operational effectiveness.
Investigate automation errors, identify potential causes, and support troubleshooting and corrective actions when issues arise.
Maintain and improve existing automation solutions to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and contribute to continuous automation initiatives.
Follow established development standards, testing practices, and documentation procedures to ensure the quality of automation deliverables.

Requirements:
Educational background in technology, engineering, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of process automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), including familiarity with tools such as UiPath, Automation
Edge, Blue Prism, or comparable platforms.
Advanced or fluent English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional and technical contexts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose practical improvements.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when developing, testing, documenting, and monitoring automated workflows.
Willingness to learn new technologies, develop technical expertise, and adapt to evolving automation requirements.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment, manage assigned tasks responsibly, and contribute to shared objectives.

Nice to Have:
Previous experience using RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation
Edge, or Automation Anywhere.
Basic programming knowledge in languages such as Python or JavaScript.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Basic knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data exchange between applications.
Experience working with legacy systems or supporting the automation of processes involving older technologies.
An interest in workflow optimization, digital transformation, and emerging automation technologies.
