About the Opportunity We are looking for a Mid-level AI Consultant to join our Consulting team and work on AI-driven engagements for enterprise clients. In this role, you will help organizations move from isolated AI experiments to structured, prioritized, and well-governed AI strategies that deliver measurable business value.You will work closely with senior consultants, delivery managers, and consulting leadership, with direct exposure to client stakeholders and executives. As engagements evolve, you may be allocated to different projects and clients, so adaptability and a strong foundation in AI and consulting practices are key.Key Responsibilities Assess the AI maturity of client organizations using Indicium’s AI maturity framework, consolidating evidence and scoring each dimension Take part in stakeholder interviews and innovation workshops with business and technology leaders, capturing pain points, current AI usage, and opportunities Identify, inventory, and prioritize AI use cases using scoring models and impact × complexity matrices Build business cases and ROI estimates for prioritized AI initiatives Support diagnostics of AI governance and risk, including tool adoption, costs, and data privacy and security exposure, and help shape recommendations for the target state Help design AI roadmaps that are clear, actionable, and defensible in budget discussions Create executive-level materials, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations Track schedule, deliverables, and risks with the engagement team, and communicate progress to internal and client stakeholders Contribute to the continuous improvement of Indicium’s consulting methodologies, templates, and accelerators Preferred Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields 2+ years of experience in consulting and/or data projects Strong hands-on use of generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) in daily work, and an understanding of how AI is applied across business functions Knowledge of AI and data fundamentals (use cases, data platforms, governance, risks) sufficient to discuss them with both business and technical stakeholders Experience structuring analyses, scoring models, and prioritization frameworks Strong analytical skills in Excel and BI tools, and experience building managerial reports and executive presentations Excellent written and verbal communication, with comfort interviewing senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops Organization and autonomy to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment Fluent Portuguese and intermediate English Nice to haves Experience with business cases and ROI models for technology or AI initiatives Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, or data privacy regulations (e.g., LGPD) Experience in regulated industries such as financial services Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira) Relevant certifications (e.g., cloud, Databricks, AI/ML, PMP) Advanced or Fluent English Why Indicium AI Work on AI projects that actually transform the world's largest enterprises Use cutting-edge AI tools and technologies every single day Collaborate with global teams on high-impact, real-world solutions Be backed by a supportive team that's genuinely in your corner Benefit from serious investment in your learning and career growth Earn competitive compensation and benefits Enjoy company events and gatherings that bring the global team together Join a fast-growing company where ambitious careers thrive Selection Process Stages Interview with Talent Acquisition Technical Challenge Interview with Technical Management Evidence Storage As part of our commitment to Information Security and in compliance with the requirements of the ISO 27001 standard (item 7.2, clause d), we would like to inform you that in future stages of the selection process, you will be required to provide proof of the skills and qualifications mentioned in your resume (such as diplomas and certificates).
